Mr. Ali Imran Naqvi, the present CMD of SUNGEVITY and the former ED and CEO of Gensol Engineering Limited, has an illustrious careermarked by his strategic vision and leadership in the renewable energy sector.  In 2010, Mr. Naqvi joined Gensol as an associate consultant during a challenging phase for the CDM consulting market. Despitesignificant hurdles, he navigated the company through these times, leading to Gensol's diversification into the solar industry. Hisstrategic vision was instrumental in positioning SUNGEVITY as a major player in solar engineering.  Under his leadership, Gensol's advisory portfolio grew to exceed 33,000 MW, with an EPC project base of over 600 MW and ongoing EPCprojects of more than 500 MW. As the sales lead, Mr. Naqvi transformed Gensol into a turnkey solar EPC company, successfullyexecuting over 600 MW of solar projects across India. His efforts were pivotal in Gensol Engineering Limited's listing on the BSE exchangein September 2019 and its subsequent migration to the NSE on July 3, 2023. Throughout his career, Mr. Naqvi has held various key positions, including VP - Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief OperatingOfficer, demonstrating his versatile leadership within the organization. His commitment to excellence and resilience led to hisappointment as CEO, where he focused on driving business growth and innovation in the solar energy sector.
